Whether it’s a salary survey, a seminar on the social web or a course on effective interviewing.

The truth, nothing but the truth
We shun the numbers driven approach adopted by a lot of our competitors, so we won’t waste your time by bombarding you with irrelevant CVs. What’s more, we’re not afraid to say when we haven’t got anyone who fits your brief. Whether we have suitable candidates or not, we’ll always keep you informed of what we’re doing to find them for you.

And when we do send someone your way, you’ll be sure that we’ll go through why we think this person is right and give you all the info you need to support their CV. Incidentally, we don’t rewrite people’s CVs – we might advise them but we certainly don’t format them into one style. Everyone is different and sometimes, CV style can say a lot.

A face to a name
If a client asks to work with you, one of the first things you will ask them is to meet up. And we’re no different.

There so many things to consider when recruiting which go beyond the job spec to ensure that we consistently deliver the best available candidates for your business. So if we’ve not previously worked together we’ll need to arrange a meeting. We guarantee it will save you time further down the line.

Tailored
For those trickier assignments where traditional recruitment methods might not be proving effective, we’ll be happy to sit down and discuss the best course of action. Due to our in depth knowledge of the specialist media, Pitch can put together a bespoke advertising campaign to attract the talent you need.

Like most recruiters, we offer a favorable rate when used exclusively. However we won’t try and sell that to you at every given chance. Exclusivity has to work for both parties. Part of our job is to manage your expectations and timelines. So we will look at each role individually and offer you an honest opinion of the market place and allow you to decide if exclusivity is right for you. Whatever the problem, we will happily work with you to identify and implement a tailored solution.
