Pitch are very excited to be working in partnership with Design4Retail in finding their next 3D Creative Graphic Designer.
Founded back in 2003, Design4Retail are a great agency who specialise in marketing and design through to development and production. Their main focus is providing retail design solutions for local, national and global brands. Working on unforgettable customer experiences and eye catching designs to increase footfall in stores and grow commercial awareness.
A headcount of 50 they really are delivering on all fronts for their clients but are also winning new clients every month, that’s why they're looking for 3D designer to join their creative team!
As their new 3D Designer you will be working on industry leading retail experiences, supporting the Senior Designers, Head of Creative and working closely with the studio team.
You'll actively be involved in crafting retail design solutions for local, national, and global brands. Focussed on creating unique customer experiences and visually striking designs, helping clients to increase footfall in their store/s and gain commercial success through considered design.
They're based in a beautiful converted barn on the outskirts of Leicestershire and offer hybrid working along with flexibility over your start and finish times. You’ll be working with a fantastic team who can support and develop you and be mentored. Also they match pension contributions up to 4% and offer private medical cover upon completion of a 6 month probationary period and standard holiday entitlement.
Sounds good - so, what will I be doing day-to-day though?
Working on designs for window campaigns, countertop displays, concessions and full retail interiors.
Taking briefs from the wider team and providing creative solutions for each campaign.
Presenting your ideas to colleagues or clients.

Proficient in 3DSMax, AutoCad or Vector-works, with great Adobe suite skills.
A keen eye you for detail and is passionate about design.
