£40,000 - £50,000

If you’re an experienced B2B Account Director looking to join a growing agency with a B2B specialism and truly fantastic culture in a role which can be primarily remote and allows you the flexibility to have a great work/life balance this could be the perfect role for you.

This full service agency have a strong B2B focus working with high growth businesses to help them accelerate and achieve ambitious growth plans. They offer an integrated solution for clients across PR, digital, content, design and strategy, working in true partnership with their clients on a long term basis. They offer a great working environment and culture, investing in the development of their team and offer great career paths longer term. They are primarily based remotely with a ‘come as you please’ approach to time in the office, they offer 25 days holiday plus Christmas break, healthcare, flexi time and health insurance.

As their new Account /Client Director you’ll be:

  • Working as a key part of the agency’s client services team, leading on a broad range of high profile B2B accounts, creating strategies and overseeing delivery.
  • Be working with your clients to understand their vision and values along with their business objectives, helping to shape a marketing plan that takes them to where they want to be.
  • Working closely with PR, creative, content and digital teams to come up with awesome campaign ideas to promote the brilliant brands you work with across every channel.
  • Have a commercial approach to maximising opportunities within your client accounts. 

This agency is looking for a candidate who:

  • Is an established Account Director with an integrated background and experience working on B2B client accounts.
  • Has agency experience and is used to leading strategy and overseeing delivery for a range of clients.
  • Is a real team player, collaborative, communicative and solutions focused.
