This hugely impressive Leicester based integrated marketing agency is looking for a talented Account Director to join it’s thriving client services team.

This agency boasts an impressive portfolio of clients across automotive, retail, FMCG and leisure. Renowned for their strategic thinking and creative solutions they’re a talented bunch. Day to day you will work closely with your clients to create and deliver a range of integrated marketing solutions that are fully through-the-line campaign covering TV, creative, digital, marketing and communications activity that delivers results.

As their new Account Director, you’ll:

• Work as a key part of the agency’s client services team, leading on a couple of high-profile key accounts.
• Work closely with your strategy and planning teams to build out marketing strategies and plans across all channels and touchpoints.
• Have a commercial approach to maximising opportunities within your client accounts.
• Lead and develop a small team.

To be considered for this role you'll need to :

• Be an established Account Director with a strong marketing background.
• Have agency experience and is used to leading strategy and overseeing delivery for a range of clients.
• Be a strong team manager, experienced in leading and motivating a team to achieve excellent results.
