One of Oxfordshire’s leading, full service Marketing Agencies are on the hunt for an established Account Director to join their team.
This agency has an excellent reputation within the industry, for delivering award-winning campaigns for their impressive list of clients. With a bias towards B2B, you will get the opportunity to work on an impressive list of clients within the financial services, automotive, FMCG and health-care sector. This mid-sized agency has a culture that they are really proud of and are keen to reinforce through all communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead on one of their key client relationships plus a few smaller clients too.
- Strategy development across a range of integrated campaigns.
- Oversee the team to make sure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Seek opportunities with existing clients and assist with new business.
- Manage and develop junior members of the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be an established Account Director with solid B2B experience.
- Experience building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Line management experience.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to develop compelling client strategies.
