We're looking for a Freelance Account Director to join an established agency who have 25+ years of experience working with some of the biggest brands in the B2C space.
This is a 3-month contract (outside IR35) with a high probability of extension. This is a hybrid working environment Mon-Wed in their central Birmingham office then Thur - Friday working from home.
My client's ambition is to create eye catching brands and campaigns that deliver profit transformation for clients. Account Directors are pivotal to this ambition, developing head turning marketing activity through a thorough understanding of all marketing channels and ensuring seamless delivery of those campaigns through effective management of internal and other resources.
Reporting into the Client Director, you'll be working in tandem with the creative services and strategy teams to develop eye catching brands and campaigns that deliver profit transformation for clients. You'll be a key part of their mission, utilising your thorough understanding of marketing channels to deliver campaigns whilst managing internal and other resources.
Key skills they're looking for:
- An ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
- Great project management abilities.
- Strong financial management abilities - ensuring campaigns stay on time and budget.
- Comfortable in providing strategic direction.
- Strong people and verbal/written communication skills.
If you have worked with integrated campaigns to the value of half a million upwards or at a national level & have a strong ability to lead both clients and projects at high velocity, then this might be right for you.
