As Account Director you'll have responsibility for clients so a proven background at a senior level of management is essential. You will be working closely with the an ambitious team and shaping it moving forward.

To be successful, you'll need to have a proven agency background, with a portfolio bursting with great campaigns and demonstrable client management experience, along with exceptional communication skills and varied experience of the world of digital and social media. You will also have a natural ability to nurture and inspire junior team members.

To be considered you will have a demonstrable history of achieving above expectation for your clients and will have a clear appreciation of the need to deliver commercial benefits in marketing campaigns, all while carefully managing client budgets. The role is to work across a range of high profile clients so you'll be challenged on a daily basis to deliver quality campaigns that incorporate unique ideas for the brands you're working with.
