Ideally you'll have spent a bit of time marketing within the sector but it's not a pre-requisite as long as you can convince us that it's a sector that you've got an affinity for.
We need an experienced Account Director to work on a range of integrated marketing activity which will encompass everything from advertising, to brand development, digital and direct, experiential and more so the perfect blend of activity across all channels for any marketer that likes breadth and variety.
The agency you'll be working for is easily one of the best around and a very nice bunch of people too. We're therefore looking for someone who's brilliant with clients and has clear drive and ambition to join them.
All you'll need to do is prove your marketing credentials and your passion for innovative brand development. Experience will need to span all areas of the mix, with a good strategic and commercially focused approach, combined with a willingness to remain hands-on with some of the day-to-day. As Account Director you'll also bring excellent team management and delegation skills, along with an ability to forge strong, profitable and long term relationships with senior clients.
