Pitch is working in partnership with a fantastic agency based in central Leicester and we’re helping them in the search for an experienced Account Director to join their team.
This impressive agency has experienced huge growth since it was founded and they’re showing no signs of slowing down, regardless of covid. The team is dynamic, creative, and fluid in their style, developing multi-channel campaigns for a range of consumer and b2b clients. They operate in an autonomous yet collaborative way that encourages creative thinking, idea generation, and results in award-winning work!
The new Account Director will join an established team of account handlers and support in the strategic expansion and commercial development of a diverse client portfolio.
As an Account Director you’ll:
- Work on the agency's core client portfolio, developing the accounts strategically and spotting commercial opportunities for development.
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers.
- Work alongside the specialise creative and digital departments, developing ideas to deliver the client requirements.
This agency is looking for a candidate who:
- Is an established Account Director with a background in integrated marketing solutions.
- Has agency experience and is used to leading strategy and overseeing delivery for a range of clients.
- Is a strong team manager, experienced in leading and motivating a team to achieve excellent results.
