Top agency in the East Midlands seek an experienced Account Director to join one of their largest client accounts.
This agency specialise within retail design, shopper marketing and digital and work with a seriously impressive list of clients within FMCG and retail sectors. This agency have over a 100 employees but still retain a tight knit culture and offer a list of perks which are sure to impress. They are currently experience a lot of growth within their account handling team so this is a very exciting time to join.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a big account with regular client meetings
- Take briefs from the client
- Plan resource plus create timelines and budgets
- Work alongside Senior Account Director on the strategy
- Increase your accounts probability
- Make sure projects are delivered to a high standard
- Manage a team of juniors
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have at least 5 years experience within an agency
- Shopper Marketing Experience
- Strategic vision
- Great communicator and new business skills
