Account Director wanted for a leading full service agency in South Buckinghamshire.
This agency are a full service marketing agency that specialise within the technology sector. They are a larger sized agency with offices across the UK with established teams across client services, strategy & planning, creative (including more specialist motion & 3D designers), copywriters, digital and developers. Client wise they work with some fantastic brands that won't fail to impress and despite specialising in one sector there is lots of creative variety on offer. They have a fantastic reputation within the industry and have been presented with many awards for their fantastic work and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Developing strategic activity and budget with client
- Manage account team to make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agency's standard
- Manage a few Account Managers
- Responsibility for account profitability
- Spot opportunities with existing clients as well as pitch for new business
- Hold appraisals and 1-2-1's with team members
The Ideal Candidate:
- An established Account Director within a similar agency
- Line management experience
- Can demonstrate experience building relationships with existing and new clients
- Financial management experience across forecasting and budgeting
- New business and strategy experience
