We have an opportunity for an Account Director with strong CRM skills urgently required to work on a global automotive powerhouse. If you've got a background within CRM and a proven ability to work closely with creative teams to bring campaigns to life, this is a truly phenomenal opportunity and there are excellent progression opportunities for whoever comes on board.
Given the nature of the account, any experience within the automotive sector would be welcomed, however, it's by no means essential. What's more important is a proven CRM background with experience of working closely with creative teams to translate outputs from the data/insight team into the best possible creative solutions.
The Account Director will need to be able to understand the customer journey and deliver class-leading campaigns against this, taking into account segmentation, global cultural nuances and CRM. They will also need to support and the analysis and interpret campaign results from across the markets and feed this back into future campaigns.
So you'll be good strategically and commercially, whilst retaining a hands-on approach to ensuring campaigns are managed through properly and the creative output is spot on.
