This agency have an excellent reputation within the industry, for delivering award winning campaigns for their impressive list of clients. With a bias towards B2B you will get the opportunity to work on an impressive list of clients within the financial services, automotive, FMCG and health-care sector. This midsized agency have a culture that they are really proud of; the teamwork in the beautiful countryside in converted barn offices and operate a culture where everyone's opinion is valued no matter who it comes from.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead on one of their key client relationships plus a few smaller clients too
- Strategy development across a range of integrated campaigns
- Oversee the team to make sure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Seek opportunities with existing clients and assist with new business
- Manage and develop junior members of the team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will be an established Account Director with solid B2B experience
- Experience building strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Line management experience
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to develop compelling client strategies
