Pitch has exclusively partnered with an award-winning Warwickshire-based creative agency to support them in the hunt for a talented Account Manager to join their team.
The team here delivers exceptional work for a range of huge brands and with workloads increasing and new business in the pipeline they need a polished and professional Account Manager to join the team and support clients in day-to-day comms, updates, and campaigns plans.
Setting themselves apart from the typical design agency, this team pushes all the boundaries. Delivering, compelling creative across all platforms that truly tells a brand's story.
The work that they do includes graphic concepts, brand development, film, animation, digital, and illustration. Their client portfolio is global and the names on their roster are huge! Focusing predominantly on B2B sectors, this agency is capable of bringing topics to life, utilising their creative flair, eye for detail, and love for a challenge.
So, what are they looking for?
The team needs an experienced Account Manager to join the team and hit the ground running! Ideally, someone who has worked in an agency environment or similar before and is confident picking up the pace at which the teamwork.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- All client communications. Updates, plans, projects, and challenges.
- Taking and writing client briefs.
- Working with the creative team of photographers, designers, and videographers to bring clients' briefs to life.
- Supporting onsite at shoots to ensure, projects go to plan, are delivered accurately, and that the client is happy.
You must have/be:
- Excellent communications skills!
- Ability to engage and build rapport with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of creative work, brand engagement, video, or photography would also be hugely beneficial but not absolutely necessary
