Pitch has exclusively partnered with a hugely impressive Nottingham based agency to help them in their hunt for a Digital Account Manager.
This well-established agency in a key player in the East Midlands scene and are pushing all marketing boundaries to provide, highly creative thought provoking work that delivers results. Due to new client wins and ongoing business growth, the team are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to play a key role in the agencies client services team. Offering impressive digital solutions to their clients, this agency prides themselves on their strategic process, creative ideas and results-driven approach. These guys really make a difference to the brands they work with through insightful and effective digital campaigns that deliver results and their focus on delivering exceptional client service is key to this. If successful, you’ll be joining an established client services team and would be working with a team of internal digital specialists to support with campaign delivery.
Within this role you’ll be;
Working in partnership with your clients to understand their business challenges and goals, looking at what they want to achieve and how the agency can help them get there.
Coming up with multi-channel digital strategies and campaign plans for new and existing clients, which you’ll then present. Managing digital campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines are adhered to and budgets are managed.
Involved in campaign reporting and working on improvements.
Overseeing Account Executives, providing day to day to support with project delivery.
They’re looking for a candidate who;
Is an established Digital Account Manager with experience across a variety of online marketing channels. Is experienced working with SME businesses, managing stakeholders at an owner/MD level. Is comfortable in a client facing role, able to collaborate on strategy and present ideas to clients.
