Our client, a marketing and advertising agency, based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Account Manager. You will be managing a number of accounts, within varying sectors. The agency's client list contains some very reputable regional brands.
The agency have a very collaborative way of working and they welcome ideas and better ways of working. They are small, but a serious force to be reckoned with.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience managing multiple client accounts
- Great under pressure.
- Experience of client relationship management, ideally gained in advertising, design or marketing
- Excellent time and project management skills, including knowledge of Excel and planning systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills, in writing and in person
- Excellent commercial skills and judgement
- An eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a fast-moving, deadline driven and pressurised environment
- Knowledge of or interest in marketing communications, preferably supported with a relevant degree or qualification
- Demonstrable commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations
