Our client, a modern and growing E-learning software organisation work with industry leading organisations across Finance, FMCG, Engineering and much much more. The business needs a Bid Specialist with a good understanding of Digital. Based in Nottingham and commutable from the station, this Bid Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity.

The Bid team is about 5 people strong and works very closely with all departments but particularly Sales and Design. Being part of the Bid team requires you to be producing winning proposals, therefore you should be creative, technical and have a fantastic communication style.

What are the key responsibilities?

Putting together exciting and innovative digital learning solutions

Writing proposals to sell these solutions

Attending client pitches, pitching and winning

Work closely with all departments to conceive winning solutions

To be a success in the position of Bid Specialist, you should ideally have a degree in essay style subjects due to the amount of writing. You should be commercial aware and competitive. Due to the nature of the department, there are lots of Bids happening at one time so you should be organised and happy working with demanding customers in a sometimes stressful environment.
