Digital Marketing Manager Birmingham Salary: DOE Pitch are exclusively partnered with a premium retailer based in central Birmingham who are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The business operate on a global scale and have recently developed this role as a new addition to their UK based marketing team. The role will support a network of existing retail partners in establishing and uplifting their digital marketing activities. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following activities: Managing key relationships with internal stakeholders, digital marketing agency teams and retail partners. Supporting existing clients in their overall marketing strategy, producing proposals and guidance for their individual brands. Liaising with the digital marketing agency to deliver set briefs and set expectations for desired campaigns and digital activity. Use digital marketing best practices to problem solve and provide appropriate solutions for social media, PPC, SEO and other digital activities. This is a unique marketing role that would suit an experienced Digital Account Manager from a digital agency who is looking to move client side. Thisi role does not manage a team, but looks after the relationships with retail partners, supporting them in their digital marketing strategy. To be successful in this role you will have a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, and will be degree qualified. You will not have to deliver technical SEO or PPC activity, but will be able to guide and support the overall delivery of these activities. This is an urgent hire and interviews will take place soon! Through doing so, they are starting from scratch in many areas and require strong, motivated individuals to join their team and help support their future growth. Key responsibilities for this role include: Establishing an effective plan for new data and suggesting new insight tools and programs to use. Lead the development of insights linked to key sources of consumer data. Work with the sales and marketing teams to maximise the return from insight reports. Deliver findings to key stakeholders to drive brand decisions. Report on category insights, highlighting trends and performance. Act as a voice of the brand and customer. Gather both qualitative and quantitative data to influence decision making. This is an exciting role for a senior market research professional who is looking to step into a new role and establish the function from scratch.
