Business Development Executive
£30,000 basic, plus significant performance related bonus.
Pitch are delighted to be working with one of the largest providers of healthcare in the UK to support their search for a Business Development Executive. With an already enviable portfolio of customers, our client are expanding their team to drive forward business growth and offer their specialist healthcare solutions to a wider audience.
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in developing client relationships and will be part of a team responsible for sourcing and delivering new contract opportunities. Key duties will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK
- Procuring contracts by working with core contacts across the NHS
- Assisting with the development of new services including developing project plans
- Attending regular field sales meetings and industry events
- Travel throughout the UK
This is a great role for individuals demonstrating previous experience of public sector sales, procurement or bid writing and with a proven track record of winning bids in a long sales cycle. You will have the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholder and demonstrate a high level of negotiation and presentation skills.
This role will be based in central Birmingham with extensive travel across the UK so it is essential that you possess a current UK driving license and are fully mobile.
