Pitch are currently supporting an innovative marketing and advertising brand in expanding their sales team based in Chorley! We have a number of opportunities for sales professionals who are looking for their next role.
The sales structure is split into three responsibilities:lead generators, New Business Development Managers, and Account Managers. Right now we are urgently seeking Business Development and Account Managers to support business growth through lead conversion and managing existing relationships.
The business is very unique and has been successfully pioneering their suite of services since 2015. Their platform gives you access to the most powerful business-to-business advertising and rewards program available to business owners in the UK. Through their partnership, you can grow your business by advertising to their member base of business owners and directors, save money and increase efficiency by finding suppliers who are members, as well as increasing your customer loyalty and winning new customers using a unique points system.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and increasing revenue with existing accounts.
- Working closely with new business development managers in creating new wealth for the company through referrals.
- Continuously delivering top rate customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor clients through the daily usage of the business platforms and products.
- Maintain accurate data on the CRM system.
- Assisting with customer queries.
- Delivering against set targets and supplying weekly reports on activity.

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience within a business development or an account management role. You will have a competitive spirit and have strong telephone and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders. Experience within the financial or professional services sectors would be a bonus!
