Pitch are exclusively partnered with an exciting, fast growing financial services organisation who are looking for an Account Manager to join their sales team.Established in 2015, this exciting UK online business trading platform continues to grow and pioneer a market leading suite of services and rewards for businesses, their customers and key staff.

With the needs of independent businesses at its heart, the platform allows members to choose from a unique combination of relevant options to drive business growth, loyalty, best-value and satisfaction of using a trade-card. 

As part of the company's exciting growth plans, they are seeking to retain and grow membership in the shortest possible method, through a combination of direct selling, channel development and broader marketing strategy.

To support this there is an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager to have full responsibility of a specific geographical area focused on direct sales to current members and the immediate development and management of those accounts.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and increase revenue from existing accounts.

  • Maximise the opportunities for the New Business Development Managers (NBDM) to create new wealth for the company via referrals.

  • Work closely with your allocated NBDM’s to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and mentor clients through daily usage of our platforms and products.

  • Assist with customer queries and payment issues.

  • Maintain appropriate notes in the CRM (Goldmine).

This is a pivotal role expanding and capitalising on existing business relationships across a geographical area, whilst working with designated members of the team to ensure best practice and company growth.

The role requires a strong background in account management and sales, not necessarily in this sector.Candidates must have the ability to converse with business owners to develop the relationships. The role will suit someone who has an understanding of online platforms and business services that have a solid background in managing and developing accounts to maximum ROI.

The role is paying a basic salary of £28-30k with additional car allowance and an uncapped commission scheme. The role is office based and you will be provided with free lunches every day.
