Thanks to the incredible hard work of our team and some awesome new client wins, we’re opening our doors to welcome a Candidate Success Manager to share a new and exciting chapter with us. This isn’t a run of the mill recruitment job. Whether it’s an exciting new retail brand, a cutting edge creative agency or a well-established professional services organisation, you will be at the very heart of understanding candidate needs, listening to their stories and requirements to help pin point them towards the right career opportunities.

 

What experience do I need?

We’re open to ideas. So whilst you could be from recruitment, you may also be working for a marketing agency as an account handler or in another customer support role itching for a career to get your teeth into. Either way, we will support your journey through a tailored training and development plan, so you don’t need to be a recruitment aficionado to succeed at Pitch.   

 

Not everyone will fit the bill. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in B2B customer support, account management within a marketing agency or experience in recruitment account management.

  • A curious mind with excellent listening skills.

  • Excellent telephone and face to face rapport building skills.

  • A real stickler for detail who can follow processes.

  • A good writer (that job copy won’t write itself).

  • A genuine passion for marketing and digital.

  • Super awesome at managing your time and juggling tasks.

  • Competitive, driven with a sense of humour.

  • Computer & tech literate.
