Client Support Executive: Crisis management consultancy
Remote/Birmingham
£23,000 - £27,000
Pitch is delighted to be working with an award-winning crisis management consultancy on this new and exciting addition to their team. The consultancy develops crisis management and communication plans, delivers training workshops and crisis simulations and provides advice to their clients globally. This role is to support the existing team of consultants with client work, marketing and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
Research to support the development of effective training workshops and exercises
Developing client presentations and writing content such as simulated Tweets, emails and scripts for crisis exercises
Attending crisis exercises to support the consultant team
Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of training workshops.
Supporting on marketing and PR activity including writing for social media, web content and blogs, organising webinars and maintaining relations with journalists.
Researching prospects and writing proposal documents.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
A background in PR and/or marketing- ideally gained in an agency and/or in-house environment.
Degree level education or equivalent.
Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
This role will be fully remote, however, you will need to be able to commute to Birmingham and London easily for team meetings on a monthly basis and also be happy to travel to clients when needed.
Some international travel will be expected as required for workshop delivery.
