This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team for a successful, long-established retailer based in Birmingham as a content executive.
As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for gathering content for all marketing B2C channels to engage customers and drive footfall and sales for our retail centres. You will also be responsible for creating compelling content to support the sales team in the wholesale and amenity teams to engage B2B customers.
Key Requirements Include:
-An essential understanding of building message hierarchies to drive customer engagement and interaction.
-Excellent digital skills, adapting content to suit social media channels, email and web.
-Excellent creative, written and verbal copywriting skills to write and edit magazine features.
-Should be familiar with content management.
Responsibilities consist of:
-Developing content plans and channels.
-Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
-Managing and developing the company image library.
-Working closely with the Graphic Design team to develop compelling content tour marketing channels.
-Responding to customer enquiries, directly interacting with customers and managing communities such as social media posts.
-The ability to empathise with the customer and confidently communicate.
