The Pitch team have the absolute pleasure of exclusively partnering with one of Leicesters hidden gems. CWA Marketing Agency have a long and very well established team with a portfolio of clients who trust their guidance, value their input and can’t get enough of their creative ability.
In late 2020 Pitch and CWA developed a partnership and a recruitment plan to grow the agency talent and bring in a range of key hires. These hires allowed CWA to enter a new phase and progress the business to a new level.
The team are now looking for a Creative Artworker to join their established design team of 5, this individual will report into the Creative Director but will hold high value within the team. Their next Creative Artworker will have a high skill across Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), as well as a flair for typography.
Your day to day as the Creative Artworker will look like:
Taking ownership of a project and working to ensure that the artwork meets the needs of the client.
Responding and reacting to proofing stages, ensuring amendments are completed quickly and accurately.
Executing routine design projects effectively, prioritising work and balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
The perfect candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A solid background in design, ideally in an Artworker role already.
Experience of working across multiple blue-chip brands and following strict brand guidelines to the letter.
An Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Flexible and adaptable to fluctuating workflow levels.
