This is a critical hire for the business, working directly with the Head of Marketing, in-house studio team and external retail and agency partners. As a young and dynamic brand, they are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who has the drive to grow with the team. Someone who can bring new ideas to the table, collaborating with the wider team to see these concepts turn into reality. From creative research, content creation and photoshoot management, the Creative Producer will have the chance to influence several areas of the brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the following: Acting as brand champion and taking ownership of marketing ideas from concept to execution. Project managing the creation and delivery of campaigns. Creating mood boards showcasing campaign ideas including potential locations, props and influencers for campaigns and new product ranges. Working closely with the design team and external agencies, creating and communicating detailed briefs, ensuring the successful creation of campaigns, web banners and marketing collateral for various channels. Content research and creation, looking at seasonal trends, competitor activity and other areas of relevant market trend insights. Supporting with the coordination and direction of photoshoots, providing creative ideas and direction. To be considered for this role you must have experience in a creative marketing or production role. You will come either from a creative agency or related retail background, ideally fashion.
