Pitch are looking for a collaborative Creative Director to join a multi-service agency on a 12 month FTC. In this opportunity you will be leading teams to deliver all creative communications, offering guidance and support to the in-house studio team in delivering integrated campaigns. You’ll be able to inspire, help generate creative ideas, solve challenges and have a great eye for detail whilst also managing all planning. Your experience will have the customer journey at the centre of your output for a variety of clients including not-for-profit.Day to day:
  • Lead creative teams including Art Directors, Copywriters & the studio team, overseeing and helping to deliver high quality outputs across print & digital mediums.
  • Be able to effectively offer detailed critique and coaching of written & visual work for your team.
  • Push concepts and oversee the delivery of campaigns, inspiring and encouraging the best output from your team.
  • Manage the output of integrated campaigns including but not limited to personalised print work, digital, social & video.
  • Working alongside the traffic manager to ensure the timely delivery of multiple scheduled projects. Ensuring enough resource is in place to meet the desired outcome on time. 
  • Work alongside the planning team across strategic projects.
  • Help your team to develop relevant digital skills.
  • Assist and contribute to client meetings and workshops to help shape the best approach to ensure the right outcome is established. 
  • Help internal teams to scope work and what best practices are required.
  • Engage with internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure you meet and exceed the clients expectations to help retain & grow partnerships.
You’ll bring:
  • 10+ years experience working within a busy agency. 
  • Experience delivering the most effective integrated campaigns with the customer journey at the forefront.
  • Managed the output of not only print campaigns but digital as well, including social & video.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director role.
  • Proven experience leading teams of copywriters, artworkers, designers and Art directors.
  • Direct marketing & customer journey experience.
  • Experience working closely with branding & strategy teams is advantageous. 
  • Posses a high-attention to detail.
  • An ability to coach & lead teams to help with their individual day-to-day but also personal development.
  • Experience working collaboratively, fostering better work practises & cultures.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch &/or Figma.
