We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join a Client Account Management team in a leading leisure agency within the Midlands. The successful candidate's role will be to manage the delivery of high calibre campaigns for a variety of clients (including data growth, customer engagement and strategic campaigns). Key Responsibilities:
Support an Account Director with servicing on a global consumer brand
Work across a range of digital and CRM projects and make sure they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
Deliver on strategy for multiple campaigns
Ensure regular reports for each client
Attend client meetings
Support junior members of the team
The Ideal Candidate:
An established integrated Account Manager within a top agency
A proven ability to deliver results as well as executing on client campaigns
Excellent communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Excel
