Our client is a large transport company who has a fantastic reputation. They are now looking for a CRM Manager to join their organisation.
The main purpose of the role is to develop innovative leading technologies to make the customer experience easier. They have many new marketing distribution channels and have recently launched a new mobile app that they are looking to promote. The business seeks to develop these products and services further and require a dedicated individual to develop their recently launched CRM system, the purpose of which is to strengthen CRM customer communications.
Responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team and developing and growing the CRM programme. You will be managing external marketing agencies, confidential project managing and be in control of the CRM budget.
