Data & CRM Manager – 9 month FTC
£32,000 - £40,000 – pro rata 4 days a week
West Midlands - Remote or hybrid
Pitch is working in partnership with The Marketing Pod, an exceptionally talented and truly brilliant marketing agency to support them in finding a superstar CRM Manager to support with a big client CRM project. This role can be primarily remote and allows you the flexibility to have a great work/life balance, but if you are local to the West Midlands, time onsite with the client would be great benefit.

As their brilliant new CRM Manager you’ll:
Be working closely with one of the agencies key clients to support with their marketing data strategy, providing day to day CRM / data support on behalf of the marketing team.
Own the marketing data set, working with large amounts of data, segmenting to create accurate data sets and lists.
Manage a range of internal stakeholders within your client, building great relationships, advising and educating to support with all data activity.
Create insightful reports that communicate how the data has been used, what the results are and what that means for the business.
Manage the enrichment of data help using a range of available sources, ensuring GDPR compliance across the board.
Deal with any GDPR requests and updates.

Has a strong background in CRM and data, they use HubSpot but experience using other platforms is great too.
Is great working with data and segmentation.
Is a real team player, collaborative, communicative and able to build great client relationships.
