Phenomenal opportunity for an ambitious Designer with an exceptional track record to join a hugely ambitious design agency to work on a remarkable portfolio of clients.
This brilliant boutique business is based in the creative heart of Birmingham and produce genuinely inspired conceptual thinking for some multiple recognised brands.
Working as a core part of a small team, you'll be comfortable in a flat structure working closely with colleagues to define, refine and develop concepts, so we're looking for a designer who has a good conceptual ability, along with an impeccable eye for detail, who's able to finesse work to that it's the best it can be.
We'll need you to demonstrate a track record in design/integrated agencies and a portfolio of work that spans all communication channels - advertising, branding, direct mail, events and digital. You'll of course be used to handling multiple projects at any one time and the general pace of agency life and will have a clear passion for your craft.
The agency don't use account handlers so you'll work directly with your clients and have full autonomy of projects from start to finish. Joining this agency, you'll get to work in fantastic offices amongst a mix of highly creative and down to earth individuals.
As you'd expect, excellent design knowledge and software skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a must, coupled experience in Wordpress. With a natural ability to develop compelling concepts and to visualise ideas through to completion.
