We are working with a fantastic organisation in Birmingham who are extremely reputable and have a growing internal design agency. The design team is around ten people strong and they are known for the creation of high quality, fantastic print and digital design projects. Currently they are a lot heavier on print projects but over the next 12 months they are expecting a massive increase in digital work, therefore this skillset is vital should you wish to apply.

Responsibilities will include:

Being a brand guardian on all projects

Creating high quality designs on print and digital

Support the team on projects

Amend project and quality check it

Produce high quality artwork assets for print and digital specifications

Working to schedules and budgets

Check printers proofs and liaise with printers

Support account handlers

This Designer role is responsible for high standards of professional design and you should be happy working on predominately print but digital projects are present and will continue to grow. This in house design agency has an awesome culture and there is so much opportunity.

The ideal applicant will have experience creating digital designs for email campaign templates, rotating adverts and web banners, therefore you should have experience of CMS, SEO best practice and knowledge of HTML and CSS. On the print side you should be happy working on brochures, magazines, posters, banners and artworking too. Even though this role is in-house, they are an agency and therefore you should be comfortable managing projects to budget and timescales. They are looking for somebody with a minimum of 6-12 months experience within an integrated design role.
