Pitch is supporting the expansion of a digital agency with a Birmingham HQ. Now a team of almost fifty talented people they’re looking to grow further through the recruitment of a Digital Client Account Manager.
A digital marketing agency with a difference, they are strategy and product focused, working with clients to define and deliver people centred design strategies across a variety of platforms but with an emphasis on websites and apps.
This agency has teams of specialists that are at the top of their game, creating work which is detail, insight and data led. They work with a huge array of clients across various sectors from up entrepreneurial tech start-ups to long established corporate businesses, all looking to level up their digital strategy.
Their culture is collaborative and their teams love what they do, self learning and professional development is encouraged and invested in on an ongoing basis to ensure that you really are ahead of the competition. The have a Birmingham head office but remote working is on offer along with a range of benefits including healthcare, a great social scene, flexible working hours and training budget.
As their Client Account Manager you would be:
- Working with strategy and business development teams and creating go to market strategy.
- Interrogating client briefs and scoping out projects.
- Working closely with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Working with your client base to grow accounts and maximise opportunities.
They are looking for a candidate who:
- Is a strong client manager with a commercial approach.
- Is a digital specialist, with experience working on website projects.
