Unbelievable opportunity for a Digital Group Account Director / Client Services Director to join one of the Midland's finest integrated agencies.

With significant growth in the digital team, we're looking for a talented Digital Group Account Director / Client Services Director with a proven ability to develop high performing teams by leading, up-skilling and motivating them to deliver to the highest standards.
You'll have a natural ability to work with clients to develop and implement innovative digital activity, often working alongside colleagues in other teams to ensure that activity is fully integrated across all channels. To be considered, we'll need you to bring an outstanding track record of work with recognised, high profile brands, an ability to develop compelling digital strategy, and to identify and convert opportunities to grow relationships and revenues.
We're looking for someone with an inherent curiosity for the latest developments in the digital world and the opportunities these present brands. This could have been gained in specialist digital roles, or as a significant part of more integrated roles. Either way, you'll be motivated by the challenge of taking their digital team on to the next level.
As you'd expect, we'll need you to be a natural operator at senior levels with clients and will therefore have an impressive agency background, although we're more than happy to consider people with a blended background in agencies and in-house teams.
