Their European operations span 12 countries so there will be regular travel to work with local market teams.

The role…

Digital Marketing Director tom come in to lead on all digital strategy, owning the budget, working collaboratively with the leadership team and driving a complete overhaul of current digital platforms and activity.

It's therefore essential that you have a track record of leading digital marketing activity within a large, ideally international, organisation. You'll have full responsibility for defining the customer journey and developing integrated digital activity that puts them at the forefront of their sector and of customer's minds.

You'll work closely with partner agencies and local country teams to develop best practice and a compelling digital roadmap, so you'll need to have experience of overseeing large scale design and build projects, along with leveraging all digital channels to drive awareness and deliver results. Experience will therefore need to include social, content, email, search, ECRM and measurement/evaluation.

As Digital Marketing Director you'll need to demonstrate a collaborative leadership style, the confidence and gravitas to influence thinking and a consultative approach that allows you to get buy-in and true collaboration across different in-country teams.
