We are extremely excited to be newly partnered with a leading e-commerce company that is ranking top in the UK in their category. They operate within the health and wellness sector, offering premium products with an excellent customer experience. They are a family run business and are truly passionate about their business and have an ambition to continue to develop their reach beyond the 20 countries they already sell in.The Digital Marketing Manager is a new role to the business that will look after e-commerce, digital marketing and social media activities. No day will be the same, but on a weekly basis you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Community Management - managing, posting and engaging with consumers through social platforms. Monitoring the activity to gain feedback and provide suggestions to management teams on consumer opinions and areas for improvement.
- Social Media & Content - this will be a big piece of the role. You will look after the overall content for socials, email, blogs etc. You will also identify and build relationships with potential brand influencers and bloggers.
- E-commerce - Provide continuous support to the marketplace managers looking after Amazon and eBay, supporting with product descriptions and uploads when needed. You will also support the acquisition managers with basic digital marketing best practice across SEO and PPC.
- Admin & Reporting- not just the boring day to day stuff. You will be responsible for managing the content calendars, coordinating exciting campaigns across social channels (instagram, Facebook and twitter), and reporting back on overall performance. You will also dive deep into the market to report back on competitor activity and opportunities for growth.
- Campaign - planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing focused role.
- Ideally you will be confident in basic SEO and Google Analytics.
- This is an office based role so you must be able to commute to the head office in Staffordshire.
