Digital Operations Manager wanted for up-and-coming Manchester agency!
These guys have been only been in business for a few years but have grown beyond expectations. They are now looking for a Digital Operations Manager to join the team and put the structures and processes in place to bring this agency to the next level.
Specialising in Social Media marketing, the team comprises Social specialists, Creatives, Developers, and a Sales team. They now need a Digital Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, ensure work is completed on time and on budget, and get the best out of an already high performing team. With an already impressive client portfolio, and big plans for even more growth, this is a hugely exciting opportunity to join an agency that is really going places.
To be successful you will ideally have digital agency experience, in an Operations, Project Management, or Coordination role. You will be super organised and efficient to ensure cohesion between the teams so the job gets done. You will demonstrate skills in leadership and diplomacy in equal measure, and have strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and processes.
