Our client, a leading software business who design innovative E-learning solutions are growing and require an interim Digital Creative lead to head up the design studio team.
This is a very client facing role and will also be instrumental in the mentoring and development of the rest of the team. The role of Digital Creative Manager will be involved in the entire digital project lifecycle, from the attendance of meetings, understanding the commercials and supporting the design team with creative workshops in order to produce the desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Share knowledge and expertise through internal workshops
- Develop and mentor the junior members of the team
- Be a part of the Design Management team
- Generate conceptual designs, and offer solutions on how the end result can be met
- Get involved in pre-sales and bids to the clients
- Attend client meetings and present
The organisation needs somebody who has developed through a design career and can produce innovative digital solutions and have a strong knowledge of digital technologies (UX/UI, motion graphics & applications). You should be a natural mentor and a desire to develop and push boundaries. You would ideally have come from a Digital Creative agency background due to the fast-paced nature of the work. You should have management experience and have pitched at client meetings.
