We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful retail business based near Worcester who are looking for a Group Media Planner to lead their Media team.  Due to the popularity and necessity of their products and services, the company has thrived in the past year, and is continuing to grow!  

The Group Media Planner will be part of the senior leadership team and is an urgent hire. This role will be responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of all media across paid and digital. 

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the following areas:

+Lead the media team to drive analysis and strategy plans that will guide media activity across the business. 

+Demonstrate expertise in digital channel management and tactics.

+Manage key relationships with senior stakeholders to establish clear objectives and recommendations for future media planning opportunities. 

+Provide guidance and best practice across offline, paid search, affiliates, social and programatic media. 

+Work hand in hand with Content and wider Marketing functions to ensure a streamlined media process. 

To be considered for this role, you must come from a Media, Digital Media and Marketing background with direct line management experience.  You will have worked within a hands on media focused role but also have the ability to develop and lead a successful media strategy. 

This role is office based, so you must be able to commute to the head office in Worcesteshirer.
