Growth Marketing Manager
London or Remote
£45,000 - £50,000
We are recruiting for a super-exciting tech start-up business based in central London.  With impressive growth over the last 12 months, they are growing their marketing team and need an additional Growth Marketing Manager to source great opportunities from both inbound and outbound marketing and generate marketing qualified leads to pass to the sales team.  A large focus of this role will be on digital marketing channels, particularly CRM and email marketing using Salesforce and other email automation softaware.  You will be comfortable working within a SaaS environment.
Working closely with the CEO and sales team to drive revenue and pipeline, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with the development of an annual marketing plan.
  • Segmenting customers and understanding the target market for marketing campaigns.
  • Using Salesforce as the CRM to create and deliver email marketing campaigns.
  • Creating engaging content for all digital channels.
  • Managing social media campaigns to deliver engagement and leads.
  • Supporting interns and delegating work.
  • Analysing data and ROI to improve conversion.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years experience within a highly commercial and target- driven marketing role where you can demonstrate clear experience of managing marketing campaigns that impact the sales funnel to generate high quality leads that ultimately deliver revenue.  You must have experience of digital marketing, particularly within CRM/email and social media and previous knowledge of Salesforce would be hugely beneficial.  You will be data-driven, good with technology and confortable using MS Excel to manipulate data.  Ideally a background within education, IT/Tech or financial services is prefered.
