Head of Business Development
Midlands based (remote working but travel to Redditch x3 per month)
£40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance + bonus
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager, who has a proven background in leading and managing a remote sales team, to join this leading apprenticeship and training organisation supporting the Care sector.
As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales activity across your team, supporting and coaching them to develop and deliver pipeline in line with growth plans and KPI’s and drive continuous performance. You will be a strong relationship builder, bring energy and enthusiasm to the team and have an excellent commercial focus where you can help identify gaps and new business opportunities.
What experience is needed to apply:
Ideally you will be based within the Midlands region or within the M5 Corridor as although mainly remote, you will be expected to travel to the offices in Redditch 2-3 times per month and also travel out to meet with customers on occasion.
