Our client, a leading NFP health and wellbeing organisation are growing and require a Head of Marketing to support the Director of Marketing to develop marketing strategies and deliver the plan. The role needs a natural leader and motivator to align the current team with the vision and inspire change. With the organisation going through a rebrand, it requires an integrated marketing professional who can bring new ideas and passion to the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Development of marketing strategy
Lead the delivery of the marketing plan
Motivate and manage the marketing department
Contribute to internal changes with the rebrand
Monitor marketing performance
Ensure budgets and timelines are adhered too
Build customer insight profiling, analysis and research
Lead on PR, advertising, sponsorship and social
Build and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships
This Head of Marketing position requires somebody with strong leadership skills and ideally from a B2B strategic marketing background.
