We are recruiting for an Internal Communications Coordinator on behalf of our client in Birmingham - they are a market leading professional services business. You will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting on the development of the company's internal communications platforms.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous internal communications experience who is looking to join a growing business who will support your development. 



“What will I be doing day-to-day?”


  • Developing creative communications that engages staff and delivers against the company’s internal communications strategy.
  • Supporting the delivery of the company’s employee communications
  • Contributing to a range of internal communications channels including the Intranet, weekly newsletter and emails.
  • Writing, editing and collating relevant content to inform and engage employees across a broad range of subjects.
  • Remaining aware of key dates, events and trends to find opportunities to maximise engagement.
  • Ensuring the pages on the company Intranet are kept up to date and reflect the very latest developments.
  • Regularly contributing new and creative ideas.
  • Proactively working and collaborating as part of the wider marketing team to deliver against objectives.
  • Inputing into regular reports to update on performance against agreed plans.



This role will suit anybody with experience within an internal comms role, either agency or in-house. If you have experience working within professional services, that would be advantageous. 

Our client are offering a competitive salary as well as some fantastic benefits. The role will be based out of their head office in Birmingham City Centre. They’re operating a hybrid working pattern at the moment.
