Our client , a well established property developers with an outstanding reputation is growing and looking for somebody to lead on Internal Communications. The role is Internal Communications Manager and will sit in the Sales and Marketing department reporting into the Marketing Manager.
The business has a head office in the Midlands and then various other offices with plans to open more. This role is key to ensure the internal communications, tone of voice, employee branding and all documents stay consistent.
This role of Internal Communications Manager is a new role and will be required to work closely with HR, Directors and the board to ensure that the company values are understood, lived and breathed.
Your key responsibilities are:
Identify the right tools and channels that will create the best results
Create and edit current communication mediums to be consistent
Ensure all documents have the same message and tone of voice
Project manage and deliver employee schemes
Establish a comms calendar
This role is a managerial role but will no direct reports, however you are leading the internal communications strategy through to delivery and will be managing multiple stakeholders. You are the eyes and ears of the company and will be looked up to. This role is key to help the company grow and expand. The ideal person must be energetic and enthusiastic. You should communicate both verbally and written in a confident manner with real eye of detail
