We are recruiting a Junior Brand Manager for a well established international distributor of health and beauty products. Supplying professional networks and wholesalers as well as exclusive relationships with retailers and high-fashion eCommerce brands, this role offers an amazing opportunity for someone who loves beauty and fashion and who already has some experience within brand/marketing.
Working closely with the NPD and sales teams, you will be responsible for
Managing two owned brands within the business.
Developing brand plans and promotional campaigns for retail, digital and B2B channels.
Customer, competitor and consumer research activity to influence NPD activity.
Creating integrated campaigns to engage with consumers and build brand identity.
Delivering POS, display and collateral through creative team.
Creating digital and social media campaigns including influencer activity.
Manage relationships with PR and Social Media agencies.
Monitoring brand performance and sales activity.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience within a brand or product marketing role where you have been responsible for creating campaigns to engage with consumers across retail and digital channels. You must have worked within FMCG, health and beauty, fashion, wellness etc in order to be considered for this role. You will be naturally interested in fashion, trend-led and understand the younger demographic who engage with your brands. A strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, NPD and marketing is also desired.
The role will be 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder from home.
