Pitch are currently working alongside a dynamic digital marketing agency based near Stafford who are seeking a Lead Developer to join their growing ranks.
Though their core aim is to develop marketing programmes which help expand their clients business, this agency are not afraid to enforce the human touch. By enforcing integrity and ethical actions at the heart of their practices this agency have been able to assist a variety of B2B and B2C businesses in their growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Interpret and create from a brief provided by the designer, additionally recognising any technical problems and solving as required.
- Develop campaigns on time and within budget as provided by the client.
- Conduct ongoing research to improve the efficiency and quality of projects.
- Remain current with new technologies to ensure the business stays ahead.
To be considered you will ideally hold/be:
- Demonstrable previous experience as a lead developer, ideally within a fast-paced creative agency.
- Confident developing across a range of platforms including; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Node.js to name a few.
- As the go to person, you will need to be a strong communicator who is capable of guiding and advising junior members of staff.
