A unique opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of brand and communications strategy for a fantastic consumer brand.

If you've got a proven track record of increasing the ROI of communications strategies and of building brand awareness then look no further.

To be considered you'll need to be an established senior marketer with a background of successfully driving the strategic direction of integrated activity that works seamlessly across all marketing channels. Working closely with a small but talented team, you'll demonstrate a natural ability to get the best out of those around you, with an inclusive, team oriented and collaborative approach. As you'd expect, you'll need to be comfortable delivering against KPIs on a consistent basis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications activity.

With significant brand management skills, you'll have established and implemented brand strategy within B2B and B2C markets have a well honed awareness of how to influence and build engagement and perception in both markets. Brand is at the heart of everything you do, so it's essential that you have an evident ability to develop activity that delivers a consistent and engaging brand message at every touch point, whether this is in-store, online, or in print. Of fundamental importance to the role is a strong understanding of digital channels and how to develop digital activity that drives online awareness, links with offline activity, and ultimately fuels engagement within the mainly trade focused target audience.

The right candidate will be an expert in channel marketing, have excellent analytical abilities and it goes without saying will manage projects from start to finish. Whilst you'll lead strategy development, you'll also have a clear willingness to remain hands-on as required to ensure activity is spot on.
