Pitch are once again partnered with a life saving charity based in the Midlands who are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team based in Birmingham.
The charity is extremely well known and is run solely on the donations of their local community. For just over 30 years, they have grown across the Midlands and are one of the busiest charities within their category.
The Marketing Executive will be part of the Communications and Marketing Team and will support with the implementation of the marketing and fundraising strategy for the charity. You will work alongside a small team of PR and marketing professionals who are passionate about expanding the charity’s brand presence and network across the Midlands.
Reporting into the Communications and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ...
- Delivering key campaign projects, coordinating within comms and marketing.
- Support with the creation of multi-channel marketing collateral.
- Promoting seasonal projects e.g Christmas campaigns and merchandise, health and wellbeing campaigns, commonwealth games etc.
- Supporting across PR and marketing activities including writing press releases and media briefings.
- Reviewing campaign performance and how to improve overall efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities within the press through research and using your own initiative.
To be considered for the role you will have ...
- A minimum of 3 years within a marketing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within a charity would be ideal, but is not essential.
This role is based in Birmingham and does offer flexible working. However you will be required to be in the office a few days each week, so you must be able to commute into the office on a weekly basis.
