Pitch have been retained to work alongside Wavensmere Homes, one of the largest, privately owner devlopers in the Midlands. They are looking to recruit a skilled Content Manager to join their team. Established in 2004, Wavensmere Homes is a multi-award winning property developer based in the Midlands. Specialising in Urban place making, regeneration and high-quality restorations, Wavensmere Homes are a bespoke developer with a passion for authenticity. Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham, their development locations are across the UK do to their nimble and opportunistic approach. Wavensmere Homes currently has over 2,500 plots in production with a further 2,000 under negotiations.
The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and detail-orientated. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you!
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Day to day will look something like this:
Developing and optimising the business’ digital campaigns over all social channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
Copywriting and content creation for the website, mailers and other channels as needed.
Managing email campaigns, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements.
Using scheduling software such as Hootsuite.
Basic creative tasks such as photography/videography/editing.
Creating SEO optimised copy.
Working with external agencies to create branding, brochures and websites.
Implementing and monitoring paid digital campaigns.
Monitoring integrations between website CMS and CRM systems.
Establishing good working relationships with key company stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar position as Marketing Executive or Manager. This is an office based role, so you will be happy to commute into the office on a daily basis.
