We are supporting a well-known business within the property sector in recruiting a Marketing Manager for their business, based at their Birmingham head office.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be a brand guardian, assisting in building the company's brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and communications plans for the region. Day-to-day projects include supporting content creation for various channels including social media, creating and delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns, manage the production of marketing materials and liaise with suppliers and key stakeholders.
The ideal Marketing Manager will have experience creating and delivering marketing strategies on a regional level, have excellent communication skills and be confident in the use of social media for marketing purposes. Marketing or business related degree is preferred.
